Witch Trials - Poison
Offering two types of paper to chose from and 3 different sizes. Photos of the textures are included. Using durable inkjet ink and printed on high quality paper. I have included the texture of the paper as pictures.
Option 1 - 100% Cotton fiber paper with an acid-free base. Paper is textured. 6.5” x 11”, 260 gsm. (with a border approx. 1/2”)
Option 2 - Archival matt paper with acid-free base, smooth surface without any texture. 7.2” x 11.7”, 230 gsm. (with a border approx. 1/2”)
Option 3- Large print. Archival matt paper with acid-free base, smooth surface without any texture. 10.5” x 16.5”, 230 gsm. (with a border approx. 1/2”)

This artwork is part of a series of 3. Each has its story. This is Poison, the local woman who was married to a monster who made her life a living hell. She was tormented physically and emotionally. She was not allowed to leave and no one was coming to her aid so she took matters to her own hands. She went to the local herbalist and requested herbs to get rid of pesky pests that ruin their crops. As you guessed correctly, these herbs were not used on the pests in their crops. Oh nay nay, they were used on the major pest living in their home. Her husband. She cooked the herbs with his food, the doze used was far too great, the husband understood what was done to him. He ran into the streets yelling for help, accusing his wife of his sudden illness. He collapsed. As no one understood how the husband’s soul left this plane so suddenly, the woman was immediately accused of witchcraft and thrown into the dungeon, awaiting for the trial.
