Shipping rates
Shipping rates are based on the size of the package, weight and the distance the package will travel, including any postal surcharges. I have taken into consideration all these details and made an average (i wanted to make it simple). I am offering Free Shipping on paintings over 250$.
The time i need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Ready to ship items ship within 3-7 business days. Paintings could take a few days longer, depending if the varnish needs to dry off a bit more.

Depending on your country, there maybe an import fee/custom fee. These fees are the responsibility of the receiver to pay. If the package was refused due to the custom fees, a refund will be given equal to the cost of the print/painting (one the artwork is received back), but not covering the cost of shipping.
I am not liable for lost or delayed packages. The buyer is responsible for providing a safe, secure and trusted delivery address when placing an order. Buyers will be provided with a tracking number by email once the order has been sent.
I am not responsible for any refunds in the case of lost, misplaced, stolen, delayed or abandoned packages. If you believe that your package is lost, please contact me so i may pursue a formal investigation.
Prints arrive in a flat box (not rolled) covered in acid-free paper, it is packaged very securely to avoid any damage to the artwork. Same goes for paintings. All items are individually hand-wrapped with extreme caution and care in order to avoid any damage in transit. If the package arrives damages, please email me within a week after receiving the package with proof (pictures) of the damage so steps can be taken to resolve via replacement.
Sustainability & packaging
I ship all orders in recycled boxes, some boxes are new. I also sometimes re-use boxes that i have.
