Dark Elegance - Forest Guardian
Inspired by an eclectic blend of Pagan lore, I've often found it amusing (albeit annoying) how anything adorned with horns has been branded as “satanic.” Honestly, it's a bit ridiculous! To me, horns symbolize wisdom—those of ancient guardians who watch over the forests, their trees, and all the quirky creatures within.
In my interpretation, which aligns with the theme of Dark Elegance, she is a guardian who beheads intruders and turns their skulls into accessories.
I’m offering this piece as an oil painting on canva-paper, 290g/136 lb. Size: 12” x 16”. I have included a few pictures showing the texture and how the artwork might look like. Please note it will take me 1-2 weeks to paint the piece and approx. 1 week for it to dry. It will be shipped within 3-4 weeks total.
